Poor Customer SupportPuntos Fuertes: I could not hook this router up to my network to evaluate. Puntos Débiles: Limited hours for technical support. Poor follow up by D-Link. I not only spent many hours online one day but sent emails which remained unanswered even weeks later. The product may or may not be good, that I cannot evaluate as I could not get it to work for me in my home network. The area that I can speak to is that this company has terrible customer service and limited hours for its technical support.
