at this price you can't go wrong... but I say wait...Puntos Fuertes: great LCD screen, excellent picture quality, its smaller and lighter than a full frame pro dslr, many lenses to choose from, HD video modes Puntos Débiles: No 24fps in 1080 HD video mode. No controls for video. had this for 1 year. For the money it's a good deal. This is a powerful DSLR with many features you will find on a much more expensive pro camera like the canon 5D. All the modes and controls you would expect from canon are available. What I don't like about it: HD video is decent in 720 but 1080 is useless with No exposure control and No 24fps. However, when the T2i comes out in a few months...
