Does the JobPuntos Fuertes: Heats up quickly, lid contains oil splatter Puntos Débiles: Hard to clean, Needs a timer I purchased this fryer for $40 and is a great buy at that price. One nice feature is that you can fill the basket, and drop the food into the oil after you close the lid greatly reducing splatter. Be careful to not over fill the fryer with oil or it may overflow making a huge mess. As with any fryer keeping it clean is not easy.   |

This is my first fryer but I think it does a good job. As everything is enclosed you can touch/move it with out worrying about hot surfaces.
