Great contact lensesPuntos Fuertes: These contact lenses are very comfortable. Throughout the day you can actually forget you are wearing them. Also, they are very reasonably priced. Puntos Débiles: None that I have noticed. I have been wearing this brand of contact lenses for several years and they are the best that I have owned. I have wore extended wear and daily contact lenses but these are the first disposable lenses. I started wearing them the recommended two weeks and then replacing them. But now I simply wear them until they start feeling less comfortable and then I throw them out. Overall, the best contact...

Great contactsPuntos Fuertes: Very comfortable Puntos Débiles: None I have been wearing Acuvue 2s for almost 10 years. I did attempt a switch a few years ago, I tried another variety of acuvue. They were very drying compared with the acuvue2. I wouldn't even consider switching now. They are afforable and I know that they are comfortable.

Acuvue 2Puntos Fuertes: Good fit, inexpensive for disposable contact lenses. Puntos Débiles: Not great for dry eyes. These contacts fit well and do not tear as easily as other contact lenses, although this means they are not ideal for patients with dry eyes. They can be found anywhere and are inexpensive.

Very goodPuntos Fuertes: price, comfort Puntos Débiles: not really any used to wear Acuvue 2 - and switched to a different brand - on doctor's suggestion. Other brand did no feel as well - particularly at the end of the day. Back to Acuvue 2!   |

Excellent brand of contact lenses
Puntos Fuertes: Extremely comfortable, easy-to-read "123" marker to distinguish inside from outside of lens, holds moisture well so eyes do not become dry.
Puntos Débiles: This lens does everything it claims to do.
Some contact lens wearers might prefer a different material used in a lens for comfort reasons, so this may not be the lens for everyone. I have tried other contact lens types by Acuvue, and these (Acuvue 2) have been and still are the most comfortable for me. As my doctor said, they are "tried and true."
