The best things about this grill is the removable burning surfaces which make cleanup a breeze. The hinged lid also makes cooking thick cuts of meats or burgers a breeze. Cuisinart GR-4 Griller Four Multifuctional Cooking...Puntos Fuertes: I owned a two burner grill/griddle until I dropped it> It broke into two pieces. The Cuisinart is every bit as large when opened up. I now have a teflon finish, nice. Heats up very quickly. Puntos Débiles: NONE I wish I had known about this product before. Will buy another for Christmas present. Great for hambergers and panini, that's all I have used it for so far.
