Descripción

A wild and tangled crime adventure involving gangsters, Irish gypsies, and a dog that can't stop swallowing things, SNATCH is both hilarious and action-packed. Jewel thief Franky Four Fingers (Benicio Del Toro) is in London en route to New York, where he will deliver an 86-karat diamond to his boss, Avi (Dennis Farina). A compulsive gambler, Franky is tempted into an illegal boxing scam, becoming the unwitting suspect in a robbery committed by bumbling pawnshop owners Vinny (Robbie Gee), Sol (Lennie James), and their oaf-of-a-driver, Tyrone (Ade). Meanwhile, novice boxing promoter Turkish (Jason Statham), and his dim-witted partner, Tommy (Stephen Graham), move into the big time with twisted crime boss, Brick Top (Alan Ford), and Mickey, a mumbling, unhinged Irish gypsy boxer (Brad Pitt). Thrown into the proceedings are killers Bullet Tooth Tony (Vinnie Jones) and Boris the Blade (Rade Sherbedgia). A stylized work with a gritty urban soundtrack and a cast of intricately developed characters, SNATCH delivers superb and witty dialogue while depicting one of the more zany, complex diamond heists ever portrayed in film.

Great title to the movie, sounds like a porno. But seriously, the movie was fantastic. I think Brad Pitt is one of the most talented actor of his generation. Starts off kinda slow... just hang in there.

Very fast paced,in fact, the camera switches angles so furiously you may throw up-but brilliant nonetheless.Great charachters, and one of Brad Pitts strongest performances yet! Good to see on DVD,so you can back up to catch what you WILL miss if you blink or grab a potato chip!

Snatch

I love this movie because of its off-beat humor and Brad Pitt is the driving force. However great this movie is, it still doesn't measure up to Ritchie's previous film: Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrells. Lock Stock's plot has even more twists and even more of an incredible ending that leaves you buzzing hours or days after watching it. I love Snatch but I love Lock Stock ten times more and...

I loved every minute of this film.It was entertaining from beginning to end. The acting was well done and the characters were hilarious and memorable. The only gripe I had with the film was that there were some stuff in the movie that was already used in Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. Other than that, it is a fantastic film that's worth watching again and again.

Snatch

I thought this film was okay. It seemed a thoroughly enjoyable and fun ride through the competition over this large diamond, with an underground subculture tone to it. Though most of it was a bit difficult for my slow little brain to keep up with, and if there was any kind of larger theme to it then I'm pretty sure I missed it (meaning it left me a little baffled).
