Do not buy unless you are positive it's exactly what you want. Read the return policy-it is set up in a way so returns aren't worth it. The customer service was terrible-the representative wasn't knowledgable at all. I also received an e-mail from a 'supervisor' telling me how expensive returning the item would be and certainly wouldn't make sense. It was VERY insulting. I wouldn't purchase anything from Aimtofind.come ever again. |

They are fine to deal with until you have to return something. READ THEIR RETURN POLICY VERY CAREFULLY! I found out the hard way. I ordered a Samsung TV, and visually inspected the TV very carefully after receiving it. I found no physical damage, so I signed off. Once we got it set up, we noticed that there was crack running on the LED’s behind the glass. There is no way to see it until you turn on the TV. Good luck getting the shipper to stay long enough so you can get it plugged to do that test. So I called aimtofind, they referred me to Samsung. Samsung said it is not a manufacturing defect and that is what they cover, so they referred me back to aimtofind. Then aimtofind tried to get me to get the reimbursement from FedEx. But because I signed off on it, they are not willing to provide us any reimbursement. So, here I am with a $2000 TV that has a giant crack behind the screen. I am in the process of claiming fraud through VISA. It looks like it is going to work. |

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER OR WHATEVER TYPE OF BUSINESS THEY REALLY ARE! I ordered a TV. It never arrived. It's 45 days now. I wanted to cancel and they said if I cancel, they would charge me 20% - that's $800+! and they did not want to honor a valid price match either. They keep on saying it's on backorder even though their website says its in stock. The day I placed a dispute with Paypal, this merchant still said the item was on back order even though their website clearly states item was in stock. Paypal visited the website and saw what was going on and credited my account. Thank goodness! then I get an email the same day from Sarah, customer service mgr, that item has arrived (only because they were notified by my paypal dispute) even though same day their sales department said item is still on backorder. Paypal saw what was going on and saw the their website clearly says item is in stock. They basically trapped me and my $4000+ funds for nothing until Paypal interferred. |

Never ever order from this website even if the price id lot less...I placed the order and told to cancel in the next minute and they charged me 500 dollars as cancellation fee...Thats sucks...never ever buy from website..... |

I purchased a weber s 470 grill from Aim to Find and the experience was a good one. I liked their site because they were clear that I was getting a 2011 model with the latest features and not counting on ignorance to pass off a previous year's overstock at a real low price. Ground freight delivery was free and arrived on the anticipated day. I ordered it on sunday, got a call to set up the delivery time by the freighter on thursday, recieved it on friday. I couldn't be happier. I did read some previous reviews that accused these folks of being a scratch and dent center- so I simply opened the box prior to signing and it was clear that this was this not the case. They came through on their promises at a good price, free delivery, & no sales tax- I am really happy with the product and deal I got. I will shop with this site again with confidence. |

Overall experience was average. Super easy to navigate site and purchase product. Problem was with shipping and receiving of purchase. Suppoesd to take 8-10 days, wound up taking 12 because the second delivery company that was used wound up losing my purchase (which was a refrigerator, so you'd think hard to lose). I had to keep calling the delivery company, because they weren't too interested in finding it. In the end, it took an additional 3 days to deliver and 8 hous of at home waiting. I realize this isn't at the fault of ATF, but they do use and partner with this delivery company that is seriously lacking. Since ATF is so cheap, I will most likey use them again in hopes my delivery issue was a one time problem. |

I purchased a Weber S-670 natural gas grill from Aim To Find and just had to post a "positive" comment. I did a lot of research before buying and these guys had the best price, similar to Abe's of Maine. Both companies seem very reputable, but it looked like Aim To Find really specialized in Weber products. I ordered on Friday, the 8th, and the grill shipped through New Penn and Reddaway and I received it on Monday, the 18th in Vancouver WA. 5 days for free shipping across the US is awesome! It arrived in PERFECT condtion. It took me about an hour to finish assembling and it started right up and we grilled that evening. The whole transaction from start to finish was easy and the product arrived when promised with no damage. I ordered a new top of the line gas grill and that's exactly what I got! I will definitely be telling all my friends at my bbq's where I got my grill and would highly recommend them!!! |

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNSCRUPULOUS SCUMBAGS. We received a $1600 Electrolux dryer badly damaged. The box looked fine, but when we opened the box to install it the next morning we discovered significant damage to the dryer. Mind you, the dryer HAS NEVER LEFT THE BOX; the damage was apparent simply from opening the top. Given the condition of the box (good) and some previous reviews, I believe that the dryer was a "scratch and dent-" that is it was damaged before it was ever shipped. The seller refused to file a claim with the shipper as they claimed that we had signed a receipt and they refused to do ANYTHING to help replace the dryer (it was not repairable). All they did was give us the run-around and left us holding a large $1600 cardboard box containing another worthless metal box. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNSCRUPULOUS SCUMBAGS. |

I highly recommend shoppers look elsewhere. Delivered a damaged product, and basically said tough luck. They would not refund, repair, or exchange. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. |

The merchandise arrived damaged and aimtofind.com flatly refused to replace it claiming that it was me who damaged it. My advice: Look for some reputable store, you might pay a bit more but with no headache. |

Ordered a dishwasher from them. They used a no name courier to deliver it. When it arrived the box looked ok, so girlfriend signed for it, but it had internal damage and the door won't close well. AimToFind refuses to assist me in dealing with their poor courier, and is hiding behind the "you didn't report damage fast enough" facade. |

I was skeptical about ordering from this site because I had not heard of the company and the prices were so cheap. The base price on the Weber Bullet 18.5" smoker I purchased was $70 less than local retailers and $95 in total with the tax savings. The grill arrived in 5 days (counting the weekend) and I had it assembled in 20 minutes. Great experience and I would certainly recommend this site to anyone. I will certainly be back if in the market for a product they sell. |

The only comment I have is with you (Price Grabber). You sent me an email indicating I had cancel my order and what did I want to do. I never cancel the order I just inquired as to when the item would be arriving. There was some confusion as to the trucking company. Never the less it did arrive last week in excellent condition.
