the icons for "please call" are confusing. Sometimes it is telephone, sometimes it is a truck. I called customer service, they were nice. For an item I was thinking of buying they told me that it was back ordered for Dec 15. The site was saying Dec 6 as the shipping estimate. (it is misleading, because the shipping estimate perhaps shouldn't appear when its status is "please call", or the info should have been Dec 15. It is a human-computer interaction issue, specifically website usability.) |

It said free shipping, yet it the final order said it was going to charge me for shipping. I am not sure if it's free or not... Later I never received any calls about when my order would be released. I never received my order at ALL! What a rip! |

I had to hit the "Buy Now" button about 15 times (had to go back and even open a new window) before I could get a good connection. Since this review, I had to call OnSale.com to find out that "all of the orders from 11/28 were 'lost'". OnSale could have at least checked the generated e-mails to inform customers of the problem. Also, when I called, there was only one (1) CS rep. This company apparently is too small to be a player on the internet. |

Placed my first order. 1 suggestion: indicate on homepage that items are easily distinguished between new, refurbished or returns. Had to call to find out this info. OnSale's credit card processing is done with another website. They sent an email claiming my card was declined. Called the card company and they put in for 2 approvals and both were approved. They never responded to my email back. Had to call and was told everything OK and item was shipped; but, it wasn't for 2 more days. |

Placed 2 TV orders. Both listed in-stock. Once placed site stated 1 was backorder. Other shipped immediately. Called cust service - very helpful. Cancelled backorder TV, placed new order. Both TV's arrived as stated in good shape. They tried to add slight shipping charge but web site stated free shipping. I mentioned it and they took the shipping charge off. Good overall experience. Looks like they are trying to win new business since they are fairly new. I will continue shopping there. |

(Edited December 28th by brfilora) Great price and product, very satisfied with that, but they charged my order twice and my card subsequently was "denied" later that day. I was told that this was a "hold" came to find out from my credit card company this was a lie and had been a real charge. |
