I am a new customer. I am so pleased with WAG.com. They have excellent customr service! They have someone,NOT A COMPUTER, A REAL LIVE PERSON, on call 24/7! That's getting to be obsolete these days! I had a concern with a product I had ordered for my cat. I tried to take a monitary shortcut, by using a product for dogs (31-60 lbs.). The reason did this was because I had been told by my Vet's office that I could do this with Frontline products. I had been buying 1 vile of Frontline and splitting it into thirds and applying to my cat. Saved money, no fleas, happy cat, happy me, no problem! Well, I ordered a different product online from WAG.com, again trying to save money, and this product was not to be used on cats or any other domestic animal. It had "WARNING" signs on the box everywhere but I was busy when my ordered arrived and I just opened it up and applied it to my kitty in a 1/3 application withour reading the box! I found my products easily and found placing the order easy. When I received my order, the bag of Sojos had a cut in it and there was some of the contents spread throughout the box. Not too bad though. The package was delivered right on time. I will order from them again. |

Wag always keeps what I need in stock, so I use Wag rather than Mr. Chewy, although Wag's prices are higher. |
