I will never do business with this company again. They made ordering a simple bottle of Champagne a very stessfull and difficult process. Very bad customer service. Because reviews on this site cannot exceed 1000 characters I can't tell my story. Thats how difficult and bad my experience was with wine.com. |

Liked clear designations & descriptions of wines included in sampler,which compared favorably to others providing only generic selections. Stock availability/substitutions were not explained. |

Once product was ordered, delivery was fine. However, website checkout process is very poorly designed. Adding wine to cart delivers you to checkout page; when you click return to shopping, you are put back on home page and have to click through whole site to get back to where you were. If you forget a necessary part of bill/shipping information, the entire form is erased and you have to fill it out all over again. Finally, site makes it difficult to use coupon codes, such as the 1-cent shipping. I wanted to give feedback directly to wine.com, but couldn't find a place on their page. As per this review site, wine.com's checkout design has been a known problem for at least 11 months.. why don't they fix it? Next time I gift wine, I will definitely find a less aggravating retailer. |

I've never had a problem or any issues with Wine.com. The only reason Wine.com received poor for contents of the package was due to the delivery service as the contents of the package froze. |

Have used them before and they always deliver on time as promised. Very user friendly web site. Never received a shipment myself, they were always gifts. Got good reports from recipients, though. |

Seems to be a nice way to remember special out of state friends who enjoy wine. Verdict is out on the quality of the goods until the gift is delivered. My friends seemed to be very pleased with their gift, reported that it arrived prior to Christmas. |

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered from Wine.com, and my previous experiences have been positive. I was also the recipient of a gift of a 3 month wine club membership my daughter purchased from Wine.com, and that worked out well also. All orders arrived in good condition, when expected, and the billing was accurate. One important thing buyers should be clearly aware of is that, for wines priced less than $15 per bottle, Wine.com reserves the right to substitute a different vintage if the vintage ordered is out of stock. Of course, for wine buyers a different vintage can mean all the difference, so one should be careful to know when a vintage is running low and what the next vintage is like, in case the next year's wine is substituted for the one you ordered. You can also call the merchant directly to inquire whether the wine you want might run out before your order is filled. Wine.com offers frequent enticing promotions, so there always good deals to be had. |

Great web site...reasonable prices. I have used Wine.com and probably 15 other wine web sites. Wine.com is always the easiest...but usually not the cheapest. However, they have a great selection, great web site to surf through, and send pre-printed tags with the bottles to remind you of the rating. I will always consider Wine.com. |

This is the best place to buy wine period. Wine comes with individual tags so you can remember which wines were worth reordering. The site is wonderful and provides insight on every purchase. Don't buy wine anywhere else these days. |
