I have not unbundled the range yet (it is a new construction purchase). So I can't say about the condition of the product yet. It was reasonably well-packaged, although there was a rub mark on the top, because the top was not well padded. |

The customer service has been really great. The Asko washing machine machine we bought was terrible. It was a showroom piece being sold as a scratch and dent - and I mean it was terrible once we got it home. Not sure why they sold it to us as it had obviously not been tested. But the staff at the store was very flexible and worked with us, came and picked it back up and and we got a full refund. Retailer Response (01/03/12): Thank you for your feedback. We do test all of our products; however, occasionally issues arise between the testing, delivery, and installation phases. These issues can often be resolved by allowing the unit to run through a few cycles before use or by having the installer recalibrate the unit. In your situation, we were happy to accommodate your request for a full refund, because we always stand behind our products. We hope you will continue to choose us for your future appliance needs. |

At first I was disappointed that I was out of the delivery area when the site clearly stated they delivered to only two states, and I am in one. I was telephoned by a sales rep (Eddy) who stated I was still in the delivery area and they are prompted when online order attempts are made. Later I made the order over the phone and everything went smoothly. Merchandise arrived in good condition and works great. |
