I just want to put in a "good job" by Ian in sales. I called to verify that the part I was ordering was available as I need it shipped same day for overnight delivery. We had trouble with the credit card processing (it kept coming back that the billing address was not valid.) Ian went above and beyond by even calling our credit card company when I asked him to, to have them remove the multiple pending charges. Thank you Ian! Package was nicely packed and outside of the packet clearly labeled, this greatly reduce damage to items and avoid returned items. Packet arrived at the time as you stated.
