This is the worst product I have ever owned! Im in middle school, and I needed a netbook which I had recieved today on christmas! I turned on the laptop following all instructions. When I turned it on, It had come uncharged, which wasn't a big deal. Then, I went to move the mouse, and It froze! I turned it off and turned it back on, but when It got on the start screen, it kept freezing! I read other reviews after this happened, and everyone had said the same thing, how horrible this product is, and how it froze! I would not recommend this product, in fact, im taking back the product, and complaining! DO NOT BUY THIS! It is a complete waste of your money! Worst christmas gift ever!# not happy, unsatisfied!
