It could be used for more than 5 hours continuously with LCD screen turning on. So I don't worried that the battery will run out when I record with LCD screen on. I don't like it because the size. But this one will give you more power. It can work for 5 hours. Feb 27, 2005 This battery helped me very much during my holidays. It can last more than 5 hours after full charged. You need not worry about no charge when you carry this battery. Though it is a little large, it is a good partner of your camcorder.

Long Lasting BatteryPuntos Fuertes: If you going on a long trip, this battery is a must. Over 250 minutes with LCD on. Puntos Débiles: The price is steep I have been using this battery to do all my recording. It could last me a whole day, on and off, recording, taking pictures. NP-FP90 is the way to go!Puntos Fuertes: Very long run time! and the size is not too large. Puntos Débiles: It didn't come with my camera. Shame on you, sony. I have a Sony HC85 and was getting tired of turning off and On the camera to save battery life of the FP50 (battery included with camera), so I decided to try the FP90 even though reviews said it was too big in size. I am soooo impressed by this battery. It has given me a whole new life with my camcorder. You can literally keep the camera on as long as you want without a worry of running out of battery life. Puntos Fuertes: A Good Battery for my Camcorde lasting for about 6 hours.
Puntos Débiles: Nothing I can think off.
A great battery, I hope this will work for me for great long time. I bought this battery as a spare for my camcorder as a spare for the original battery which came along with my camcorder but works for only 1 hours. I needed a battery which lasts for 5-6 hours.
