Not too badPuntos Fuertes: Tough, durable, reliable. Puntos Débiles: Too small for anyone over 12. I bought this as a christmas gift for a 9 year old. It runs great and I have never had any issues. Takes 6-8 hours to charge when batteries run out but all in all not a bad deal. The front seal seems to leak after three or four rides but I rode it and I weight 210! So I can't blame the bike... Razor does not stand behind their productsPuntos Fuertes: It's great for the first two days Puntos Débiles: Don't expect it to work for more than 2 days. I purchased this bike for my son this past Christmas. It was his only gift. I immediately had a problem with the breaks (which I was able to fix). Then, the power would not shut off (even when the the on/off switch was turned off) so it never held a charge. It took me 40 phone calls to Razor for before I could even speak to a person. (Their recording just kept telling you to call back later because they were so busy from Christmas sales.) I finally arranged to have a new on/off switch shipped to me. I rec'd it with no instructions to install....which turned into about a two hour process for two people to accomplish. Now the bike will turn on and off but it won't go when you hit the throttle. I understand when things break but my biggest gripe is with the company. They do not stand behind their products and all they want is to send you more parts to fix it. All I want is what I paid for. SUCKSPuntos Fuertes: nothing Puntos Débiles: everthing ok this thing is horrible it only worked for 3 days and it wouldnt turn off then on the third day the thing woldnt go i think this is the same thing that happened to the person above or blow me.. wel i ended up having to go to my credit card hstory and show proof of the date of purchase than got a full refund FORM THE STORE NOT RAZOR..DO NOT GET THIS IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! 57% de los lectores encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Te ha parecido útil o inútil? Great!Puntos Fuertes: It's a really awesome bike! Puntos Débiles: Has some trouble going thru the woods. I've been riding my MX500 for about 3 years. It still works great! I just love going over ramps with it. It's small but it's tough. It's a great bike for anyone learning how to dirt bike, or for anyone who can't get a gas-powered bike.

Puntos Fuertes: have had it over 2 years
Puntos Débiles: had to get a new switch first day, razors online is extremely fast at handling problems. wore out a rear hub after a year(replaced) still works awesome and my kid rides this thing everywhere.
If you have any problems with one of these dont waste time on the phone . Go directly to razors online site and write them. I did and had a new switch free within a week. I have bought 2 more of them for my younger kids and those had no issues whatsoever. I think people with the problems got the first batch of them like I did with my first purchase. Dont knock razor they make alot of awesome products. If you dont like it go buy your child a real dirtbike to learn on . Believe me thats not a good choice!! I had to put my sons first (REAL) cycle in storage till he learned on this one. First time on the real one he broke his arm.
