Black & Decker Gold Battery does the jobPuntos Fuertes: lasts longer than the orignal Puntos Débiles: none The new VersaPak Gold battery works as advertised. It holds more charge and lasts longer the orignal. I have not done any detailed testing, but it works through a whole day of heavy use. The Versapack Gold 3.6v is a NiMH type battery and should give increased performance and longer running time, and longer life. My tool runs like new again, it was a few dollars more the the standard battery
