Swordfish / Opération Swordfish (2009) John...I liked the movie. The plot was original and brought up some serious questions about how to deal with terrorists (I agree with Travolta's method, as opposed to govt pussies). The thing I didn't like is that Travolta's here was made unnecessarily and unbelievebly ruthless for someone who strifes for the greater good. Swordfish / Opération Swordfish (2009) John...The reason I refuse to take Halle Berry seriously is that she is nothing but eye candy. X2 would have been the highest grossing film of all time if Storm took her top off because all of the horny fan boys would've flocked to the theatres once word got out. Other than that "Swordfish" had some great action sequences but I was a little unclear on what kind of villian Travolta was supposed to be. ¿Te ha parecido útil o inútil? Tope

Swordfish / Opération Swordfish (2009) John...One of the most entertaining films I've ever seen. Original plot, complex, great acting, Halle Barry and fun. Although abit disturbing considering recent terrorist events. Well worth buying ¿Te ha parecido útil o inútil? Tope

Swordfish / Opération Swordfish (2009) John...Boy, is this an awful movie! I watched about 25 minutes of it and couldn't take any more. It was extremely violent, and the plot was difficult to follow. John Travolta was just terrible in his role, and I was appalled by Halle Berry. She should be ashamed of herself for taking a part in which her claim to fame is showing off her breasts in gratuitous nude scenes. Talk about pathetic! There is absolutely nothing redeeming about this film- avoid it at all costs. ¿Te ha parecido útil o inútil? Tope

Swordfish / Opération Swordfish (2009) John...Good God this movie is bad. Everything about it is so convoluted, the actions, characters, motives, emotions and the overall screenplay seemed oversimplified and really forced and unnatural. I don't know why Travolta keeps getting cast as the villain, he makes a good effort but honestly he's not that good at it. There are plenty of more convincing villains like keifer sutherland or gary sinise. ¿Te ha parecido útil o inútil? Tope

Swordfish / Opération Swordfish (2009) John...great action sequences. i am of the "halle berry is hot" school of thought, and i was well satisfied with her exposure in this film. the plot is a little goofy, though, while it's complex enough in its developments and the style in which it's told to be interesting, and hugh jackman was very good, but who's going to believe in the type of organization travolta claims to be a part of, when his identity's revealed, besides some kind of x-files nuts? this movie caters a lot to the materialistic element in society, boasting wealth, sexual excess, cool cars, etc. i wanted to slap travolta around at points while i was watching it, to get him to confess how he gave some of his lines with a straight face. worth renting, but it's ultimately candy. ¿Te ha parecido útil o inútil? Halle Berry should keep her top on, YIKES! Well, for half a mill, I'd probably whip it out. What a great idea for an add campaign, " SWORDFISH - starring Halle Berrie's unattractive saggin boobs!" Although the story was cut a little short at the end, this was a brilliant action thriller, which was a lot of fun. I loved John Travolta as 'Gabriel', and the 'Pulp Fiction'-esque flashback was a marvellous idea. I throughly enjoyed every second of this.
